Day 9- Didn’t post here over the weekend but Im still going strong. Exercise and meditation helped me yesterday.

Day 12- Working out and doing meditation daily. Staying off of my laptop as much as possible. Feeling better about my life without Porn.

Day 18 no PMO- its been a while since Ive posted on here. Ive been still fighting the good fight and made some progress in the last 2 months. Not perfect but less relapses then before and currently on my longest no PMO streak of 2024. Stay clean and make it through the weekend friends.

20 days no PMO. Walks in the park, Exercise, Meditation, spending time with family has been helpful in this reboot.
