Day 3- morning routine again. Motivational videos, stretching and meditation. Did a few mins of deep breathing for centering my self and staying calm. Affirmations telling myself that I believe in myself and that I can and will overcome this addiction.
Day 4- As today is the last day of the month Id say November was a good one. Out of 30 days I only slipped twice and 28/30 without PMO is not bad. I feel proud about my progress and will push further in December.
