Starting a new journey to recovery

Day 1- I was weak the last few days and allowed myself to be vulnerable to external things. Now that I look back and see what made me relapse I realize that I have to build on myself to be stronger in those times when I feel more triggered by my environment.

Day 11- Morning wood almost everyday on this reboot. Getting out the house and taking a walk helps to start my day. I did some stretching and weights today as well. Reading positive stuff everyday and started practicing dance lessons that Ive taken.

Day 13- Overwhelming feelings to watch P today. I had to get out of the house and take a mile walk in the park which helped the feeling pass. I resisted and got thru it and I know now that this was a test of my strength.

Day 14 of No P
Day 0 of No M
Day 0 of No O

I had a slip today but I did not watch any Porn. I could’ve went into that in the heat of the moment but I chose not too and I feel ok with that. Just good old fashion MO with no P. I will take it as a minor slip and continue on my reboot journey to keep pushing on.

Day 1- I relapsed yesterday because of my emotional state lately. My feelings have been down and watching Porn didnt help it get better but I still did it. Anyway whats done is done now and I will take things from today on and learn from that lesson, here goes Day 1 again no PMO.

Are you exercising regularly. That seems to help people regulate their mood during recovery.
