Day 22 is really really good. Keep at it. Keep adding up those days.

Dont stress if you relapse. It happens to us all. What mattere is that you start again adding up those days.

Then soon you'll find that this bullshit is behind you. If you havent already, install porn blockers, give password to friend, etc.

Day 3- morning routine again. Motivational videos, stretching and meditation. Did a few mins of deep breathing for centering my self and staying calm. Affirmations telling myself that I believe in myself and that I can and will overcome this addiction.
