Great saying Androg. I think one of the reasons I'm doing good at the mo is I've a strick no sub porn policy. That means no insta, facebook, YouTube, etc, on phone. Any digital stimulant I avoid. I also try to stay away from my phone in general. Try to keep my head free of digital distractions and in a healthy place.
