Day 92
203.2lb.
22.3% body fat
wow brother, gz on the 90 days!!
20% is a good measurable goal for now
Once you reach it, you can still decide to go even further
Thanks
@swimmer97, that's good advice. I think 20% is reasonable too and right now I'm not too far from that goal. I would still love to hit 15% sometime, that would be just crazy to believe for me, especially for an old fuck.
Best man
90 days, man! This time you got this, it's not like last time.
Thanks
@Escapeandnevercomeback. I really appreciate it.
Let's keep going and never give up.
Best
What helped me is that you can actually reasonably lose 1% body fat per week if you REALLY lock it down (high protein and low calories meals, 5-6 days exercise). So frankly, you could probably get to 13% within 10 weeks if you really tamped down (or more like 16 weeks if you approach is more slowly) -- either way, you could get the body you want by end of summer latest or even by mid summer. Keep it up man!
That's a good point
@First_step_thousand_miles. I tell you what, I feel a little stupid admitting this, but I just figured out the whole macros thing just over a week ago, and now I'm kicking myself for not looking into this earlier. As usual I was full of excuses that it would "take too long to figure out", that I "didn't have enought time", or that I didn't want to be "that guy" blah blah blah, thus I was always winging it. Of course, I did know how to lose weight becuase I did, however, I never knew what I was doing or how many calories per day, and I definitely DID not know how to build muscle or eat properly with that intention in mind. Anyway, after finding this calculator online and looking into it bit, then finding this free app where I can track everything down to the gram, this whole thing is fucking easy, and all I have to do is
just do it. It's like a science. What is more, I can still have "fun" but now I can plan for it instead of just winging it as well, thus everything is better in general. Also, when I do wish to start building muscile again, it will be easier too because I can see now that I wasn't eating nearly as much protein as I needed to (especially for big ass mother fucker!) nor the right amount of carbs and fats, but now, that will be easy to track too. So who knows where I'm going to go with this knowledge, but once I get to 20% I definitely want to keep going.
Best brother.
Thanks
@forceisstrong2. It feels great to be here that's for sure.
Keep aiming high yourself friend. Or should I call you Tuco?
Thanks
@EarthWalker.
Let's keep rising!
On a more serious note, I had a few flashbacks yesterday. Don't know if I'd call them a temptation, but just a warning sign that I'm not out of the forest yet. I really do need to get past four months to get out of the danger zone, so I'm going to be on my best behavior and make sure I stay on the straight and narrow.
