Try switching of all the lights? Also making a schedule of sleep will work. Nowadays I'm having a little bit trouble in sleeping too although having a sleep schedule for past some time helps me fall asleep even if it's only for a few hours and not as relaxing as it can be.The problem I have is the light wakes me up and makes it hard to sleep! Could maybe invest in a bedside lamp and see ifthats any better

I know you're focusing on you right now which is great -- this is just my ruminations after reading so many success stories. So, so many of them either had a gf (huge motivation) or found a gf / LT partner sometime in their reboot / within 1yr after. Just a thought, as otherwise it seems P is probably always lurking

Refraining from O seems to be helping me as well. If I'm pissed, I'm the Hulk, but if I'm happy, I feel like my old self again. My testosterone levels definitely must be higher.
