Day 3. Just staying focused
Day 4. Went on a long walk after work. Had some urges today but remembering how I don’t want to fall back into that bad habit is keeping me motivated.Day 3. Just staying focused
On day 3. Been working and also bought a book called Willpower instinct to see if there are some useful tools I can use in it.I made progress over 8 days of no fap than slipped up last night and relapsed. So on Day 1 again. I will take what I learned and apply that forward. One thing is to focus on my positive habits like writing and exercise.

I messed up this morning and got triggered by a sexual image and relapsed. I need to just sit with the urge and not give in.Day 5 Watched theplayoffs with some friends and started the day exercising.
