Yesterday at night I am relapsed. I decided to not watch porn at morning but after morning I relapsed at afternoon. This is not a good thing for me to relapse now.
So i decided to start my journey from today again. And I will never watch porn from today.
I need some knowledge to fight it completely.
I am just frustrated that after deciding to quit, I relapsed just in few hours.
But I will start again this time with same will power. I can do it this time.
What can you do to be ready for these types of urges on future nights? Can you make a list of other things you will do instead? Is there a good print book you can keep by your bed, for example? It should probably be an activity that keeps you off your phone or any other screen.Day 1
I relapsed on yesterday night.
I was not able to face urges. Very high urge at night.
