went to auto body shop, got an estimate for my car, then took bike for a ride. went to nicoles and she came home stressed out and i was supposed to eat dinner there but just left. not my kind of bag. i am not married and have very little invested in the relationship. I am not hanging around a stressful situation.

I definitely still think about my ex-wife but not in the sense like I want her cause i want someone, something better.

thanks, I am trying to stay stopped, been talking to a couple of women and i dont want the (porno) (genitals) in my head. my sponsor keeps asking me when the surgery is going to be done? and i say what surgery and he says , the one where they let out all the little (genitals) in your head.

No worries on the starting over.......it's not really starting over, it's part of your path and journey.
If you ever feel the need, jump on here first and post something.....read an article.....read someone's journal.....
Do something to break the cycle.
