Two more days to go! I'm still taking my daily cold showers too I just stopped writing them down. I must say I've really grown to love them. I'm also feeling good with 20 days of semen in me, but since I've been sick there's been nothing going on in the bedroom so it hasn't been very hard to get to this number. However, now that I'm feeling better we'll see if I can keep it up! I don't want to promise anything though because I hate breaking promises.:cool: Nevertheless, I do promise NO porn.

That's exactly how it is. I couldn't have said it better. In 20 god damn years of abusing this PMO bullshit, I've come to the conclusion that PMO enhanced whatever problems you might have and it also creates new ones.

I've probably been porn-free for one month a total of 10 or so times in my entire life, so a month free is fantastic and feels great. I think it's important for us to keep these markers and milestones in mind as we march forward to victory, because it gives us tangible goals we can work towards and look forward to.

Next up is two months porn-free.
