I'm pretty stressed out these days with the last week of school and finals. I haven't been tempted but I've been keeping a watchful eye just to make sure. It's hard to believe but I'm almost to 600 days porn-free. I need to be counting my blessings right now, but to be frank, life's been kicking my ass this last while. However, I know I will make it through and everything will be okay in the end.

Porn won't be solving any of my problems.

Hang in there brother. Yeah the reality of it is quitting porn will solve your porn problem, and will maybe 'ease' the path to solving other problems but it probably won't flat out solve other problems. Yeah, your motivation will go up to socialize / gym, but you still need to do those things

I like this analogy. I agree. I sometimes think that having this bad habit in my life, among the unfortunate shit from my childhood, has really given me a drive to succeed like no other. I've been off this forum a while, but something made me log in last night. I'm doing good man. I'm working a job that is stressful as fuck and really fucking hard. The only way I can do it successfully is if my brain is some way functional, hence the reason that I've been staying the fuck away from porm. Haha! Shit reason I know but it does work!!! Actually there was another reason why I went back to this forum last nite. A girl I was seeing decided we should just be friends. I was feeling sorry for myself, getting dumped is never nice, so I decided I better be wise, get back on this forum see what my old friend blondie is up to.
