It happens
@Ezel. What you've done once you can do again. Just dust off your duster and let's get moving.
Good luck on this semester.

Thanks Blondie. The thing about these relapses is the more you fall into them, the more it becomes harder to quit, when your junkie brain is fed up with that dopamine fasting then it's like a switch has been turned on to get his dopamine fix from anything that comes your way, social media, staring at women, and all this is just preparing you up for the slippery slope which is porn, and the rest is automatic...
This is what upsets me the most, not having the slightest control over this automatic behavior, as soon as it kicks in. Know that it's too late. I can say that even your free will won't save you. Only god's grace and mercy will save you at this point. Which is a big thing I'm proponent of.
See this thing of using the mind to control the mind that we are all doing works to some extent. I think you have to dive in deep and reach to that spiritual power. That's I think the way to go. You have to surpass the mind which is filled with porn images, and get hold of that spirituality within you.
Our whole world is dominated by the material aspect, but to every matter there's another side we don't see. We keep focusing on our material aspect and neglect the spiritual side and soon after we fall back again to porn. Trying to fill in the void within us (due to neglecting our spirituality) in a desperate way. But what we are actually doing is just making that hole worse and bigger...
Sorry for my rant. This is just my two cents.
Keep fighting...
