For me, I try to remember the "joy" from porn use isn't true joy. There are much more fulfilling and joyous things in this life, we need to give our brains long enough to rewire from the artificial stimulation of porn use and become sensitive to natural joys again

100% man. I'm struggling right now to avoid MO. While I don't have strong urges for P (still have occasional ones here and there), the urge for MO is there. For others this might translate into urge for P, dunno as we're all wired a bit differently. Either way, no good comes of it for your first 90 days man. And even after, what I've discovered is it need to be regulated (1-2x a week MAX). Anyway, good to see you back in the saddle!

Day 7

Hardest day of the week! Doing good. I agree with @First_step_thousand_miles that MO should be regulated, so I guess im trying to keep it to maximum a few times per week. That said, I am quitting porn, not masturbation. Last time I went long without MO I ended up relapsing badly. MO after a few weeks without P does feel a lot more natural and it gives me some proof that Im starting to take back my sexuality.
Currently my libido is low and im just looking forward to get to the point where P is not a big part of me anymore. I hope everone quitting P is doing well and thanks for checking in!

Two weeks without P. Well done! Push through the flatline. As I'm sure you know, its actually a positive sign that your brain is rewiring.

Day 15 is a tough day as well. Very tempted. P was allways a recue when I was feeling a little down. I honestly just miss it. Feeling my brain is trying to justify watching just a little bit of P.

Big time flatline. My mood is also generally shitty. Easily annoyed and high stress levels. Im not blaming it all on quitting P, but I am hoping it's at least a factor. Got a pretty busy schedule the next weeks. Really looking forward to day 50+. I remember from my last reboot that that was when I started to feel my sexuality was coming back to me. I cant believe I relapsed after 60 days, when I was just beginning to feel good! This time I won't.

Doing this! P is not on my mind at this point. Still, I know it takes only a few seconds of weaknes to let everything slip away. Got to stay focused. I hope everyone out there are doing good. Never underestimate the power of a drug: It will allways be right there, ready for your weakest moment, and only a determined mind can choose to take the high road. Stay strong guys!

Hungover Sunday, no problem. P is not as much on my mind. Very aware of how easy it is to relapse and I keep repeating to myself why Im doing this. Wish I was allready 100 days in as I would like to start dating. But I think its wise to wait a few months with that.

Doing well. Not much changed. Still flatline. I do still MO when I get urges to watch P. Not ideal, but it keeps me from relapsing. I would like to reduce MO to maybe once a week but I don't think I want to take the risk of relapsing. Im sure rebooting is faster if I could go completely munk-style but it will just have to take a bit longer. The most important is no porn for now.
