We even enjoyed a few hours of sun finally , alas clouds are back this evening! Oh well.

Hmmm... some play with my wife on Friday, very sweet and wonderful... no noticeable hangover/chaser so far! This is good! Lots of non-sexual bonding, hugs , hand holding, hanging our close!

Saturday morning... off to a church yard sale with my wife and sis-in-law, then some work on a big truck this afternoon.

No P or m urges this past week, was quite aroused and strong libido mid week, but my wife and I had been enjoying some intimacy and I just focused on good healthy bonding with her.

Very deep discussions at the men's group dinner last night. Some very interesting topics were raised.

It left me with the impression everyone has some issues, major issues , no matter how perfect their outward life appears!

I am happy that I am moving farther away from porn use.

I suspect you are right. There are a lot of screwed up people out there.

Very cold today!!! I had never considered the sinful part in this LTE! Cutting the grass on the big mower in a coat and toque and gloves brrr.... it's a long weekend here and yesterday there was a stream of cottage bound cars and trucks with boats and camper trailers and motorcycles heading north... yikes!

We are a tough or crazy bunch of people up here!

All is well on the PMO free path... I do get a nagging little , very little addict whisper once and a while... he is pretty easy to deal with , using all I have learned over the past few years!

Canadians sure do love their long weekends, even more so than Americans. Since moving to Canada 5 years ago, it has not yet ceased to amaze me how excited the locals get about having an extra day off to go camping and such.
