Inspired by @Blondie i also want to share my realization day. Warning: Very unspectacular.

It was 15. June 2022. I lay in bed after a classic session.

I had the post nut clarity and was thinking myself "wtf am i doing".

I remembered all the failures i had with the few real encounters i had. I made the link if it has something to do with porn.

I googled something like "erectyle dysfunction due to porn?" and i found YBOP article about porn induced erectyle dysfunction.

After that my life was not the same anymore. Thankfully.

Thanks for sharing your story here. Life really isn't the same after you've left porn behind. No matter how many setbacks etc., the general trajectory gets better and better.

I feel you man, especially with the young age of initiation, so to say. I started this terrible habit around the same age as you, though I've been introduced to P itself around 8 I think.. Also, the part about how you found out the ED might be connected to pornography, it was quite the same for me.

Time to update my body metrics. I startet back in septembert 2022 and now i nearly realized my goals:

Start (September 2022): Weight: 78,35kg Body Fat: 15,7%

Current: Weight: 73,90kg Body Fat: 13,7%

Goal: Weight: 73,5kg Body Fat: 13%



What made the greatest difference wasnt actually gym. I am so bad when it comes to going regulary. I maybe go 1-2 a week max. last weeks i havnt been.

What made the HUGE difference tho and what i am still sticking to since the getgo is the intervall fasting. Can only recommend it badly.

1 good + big + warm but still healthy meal at lunch time (earliest 12am) and 1 nice good salad with maybe chicken/salmon anythings thats healthy protein in the eveining (latest 8pm) + maybe 1 snack. thats it. easy to stick to and works very well.

Without my fitness progress my last relpase would have been 100% harder to digest. Seeing the results in fitness made it easier to start my PMO streak again. can only recommend

Currently in deep flatline. My sex drive is absolut 0. Its okay, it feels like a healing phase. My sex reward brain deserves a break after chronic overuse

Still i wonder what exactly is behind thr flatline. Feels like this topic is still very unknown. Leets keep going

You don't know if you're really flat...unless you're around a potential partner. A healthy libido is one that responds when needed...and doesn't drive you nuts the rest of the time. :cool:

Thank you Androg. You are right, as longs as my libido is there when the real deal happens its all fine and actually really good if it works that way.

I was cuddling recently in full clothes with the girl i date currently. From just cuddling on the sofa i was not sexually aroused. I had a partial erection from here to there but no "real" arousal sadly.

I dont know if there will be a big difference when we are both completely naked. Something in myself tells me that i need more time still. I think i am truly flat currently.

I already talked to her that i want to take things slowly, thankfully she is very friendly, nice, and also likes it the "slow" and relaxed way. Therefore we did not had sex yet or were naked together. It was all with clothes so far and with a chill vibe.

You're looking good @swimmer97, you just do you. I think cuddling is the perfect thing for this and if or when you want to go further, you'll be set. It's great that you've communicated this to her and she's cool with it. I know coming from this not too long ago, you're right, it's hard to know if you both were naked, if it would work properly or not, so there's that to consider. It easy to mix the "feeling" of a flatline with just becoming a normal person with a healthy normal sex drive. I'm still getting use to this myself. For example, sometimes I don't even feel horny, however, he wants to play as soon as things get going.

So yes, just take your time, enjoy hanging out with a real woman and see what happens.

Indeed a big day. I know that i am a very severe case and need probably at least 1 year to get where someone more "normal" would be after 90 days but still its good to get this first milestone.

I think i got used to no longer needing masturbation and porn in my life. I dont miss it at all.
