Completed: Day 57 No PMO / Day 37 No Fap

It's a strange thing to realize that it's been nearly 2 months without porn. The last time that happened I was maybe... 13 years old? A decade ago - pretty wild.

118kg 5x5 at the gym today. I'm glad to say that I haven't plateued yet - gains are steady. I also did 5x5 Overhead Press @ 50kg. It's been a long time since I managed that - very satisfied since i'm ahead of schedule for that. Ideally I want to hit 60kg before the end of the year.

I'm getting kinda bored of my daily routine - need to spice it up somehow. Maybe go on a daytrip somewhere.

Day 38 Morning Update

It's actually absolutely ridiculous how detailed the dreams are getting that involve PMO. I wouldn't have expected that 2 months into no porn that my mind would still be conjuring up dreams about accessing porn sites.

Actually might be ruining my sleep a little bit because it sours my "mood" upon awakening.

Hey Stan, sorry to hear that.  Maybe you could make a morning routine that involves something you really enjoy when you wake up?  Take that sour mood from the dream and turn it into success and excitement for a strong morning?  I always try to have a solid breakfast even if I work early, but my coffee is what I really look forward to every morning.

Sorry to hear about the dreams. From what I've read in other journals, around day 40 is a common time to get P dreams

Very boring day. Definitely less horny - libido fairy level. Good news I would say.

@wwalker19 I have something planned but it's taking time to get it together!

@suprastim MW every other day I would say. These dreams have been occurring throughout my 38 days but with increasing frequency these past two weeks. Hopefully by the time I reach Day 60 they will tape off.

Completed: Day 59 No PMO / Day 39 No Fap
Today was a most excellent day. Best gym workout i've had in weeks - 120kg on squat and 68kg on bench (which was somehow easier than 66kg). Felt really good throughout, so it definitely pays to be consistent with proper nutrition.

Visual progress is striking. 47 days of lifting consistently every other day has done its magic.

There are still 141 days before the deadline. If 47 days has been this fruitful than by the deadline I should be in the best shape since I was 18!

Mission accomplished! 2 months without any porn and boy did time fly!

Strangest thing - every time I watch a film that has nudity I find myself covering my eyes like i'm own dad from when I was child. Very peculiar to say the least.

The plateau has arrived for my squat - I barely managed 5x5 @ 122kg. I'll most likely stall on 124kg. Respectable for 7 weeks of progress starting at 5x5 @ 60kg.

Been having more "flashbacks" to erotic content today for some reason - damned Mondays.

Today was good - got an hour bike ride in. Around noon (I wake up at 5am), I had a very random 100% erection that lasted about 10 minutes or so.

Honestly it was incredibly empowering. I just imagine what it will be like after 365 days total of rebooting/no fap + all the progress i've made in the gym.

Taking control of my life one day at a time - I hope everyone else in this struggle is doing even better than I am. Just imagine your ideal and make it so - speak of conquest and then demonstrate it!

I managed to press on and complete 124kg Squat 5x5 - I guess the 122kg was just a bad day! (or I ate like shit the day before)

Tonight i'm going out with a friend of mine who is having a hard time in his studies - need to spread the positivity around and keep everyone in high spirits.

The halfway point for NoFap! Things have gone relatively smoothly today

However I woke up from the absolutely STRANGEST most ABSURD PMO dream I think I've ever witnessed. I'm not even going to mention details but it was absolutely ludicrous - woke up with the biggest WTF face alongside what is probably the most awkward MW i've ever had.

Well, it finally happened. I stalled at 126 kg on my squat. Did 4 sets of 5 and couldn't get the last set.

I'm not upset though! This is where I left off in 2016, which was the last time I was truly dedicated to lifting. In 8 weeks i've climbed from 60kg 5x5 to nearly completing 126kg 5x5. By the new year I hope to so much further ahead than I ever could have imagined!

In other news - finally hit page 4 of my journal with nearly 2000 journal views! It's nice to see how far things have gone since the original post.

I've expanded my protein powder game.

Bought a new blender. Vanilla Protein Powder + Frozen Strawberries + Milk + Ice Cubes = delicious post bike ride meal.

Outside of this little snippet, nothing much. Honestly right now I don't know where I am in my reboot. Some days i'm super horny while other days it feels like absolute zero in that regard. At this point I can't judge the true progress of my reboot until I get into a new relationship - which honestly I don't see happening for another 6-8 months given what i'm currently dealing with.

Cheat day today. I had a GIANT neapolitan milkshake with a double bacon cheeseburger.

Not all good news though. A very good friend of mine is splitting with her fiance and she got kicked out of their apartment. She'll be staying with me for awhile until she gets back on her feet. It's extra difficult because she's currently a Chemistry PhD student and she can't miss any labtime (

I'll be out and about the next few weeks trying to help her out in any way I can - might even miss a report in. In any case, hope all of you out there are hitting your goals.
